Process mining, the use of event data
During the execution of a process of purchase, bank credit, stock management, invoicing …. employees and customers carry out actions, which are recorded in a business tool (ERP, CRM…). Logpickr’s digital process mining platform, Process Explorer 360, retrieves these event data (logs), left in the tools used throughout the process, to understand and automatically map the steps of the process.
Combining field support and process mining
Quaternaire and Logpickr started from an observation: the knowledge alone present in the tools does not make it possible to represent the entire process and, above all, to understand the differences and differences in treatment between users.
